DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Transfer of jurisdiction agreement number 92-TJ-005 transferred Unsigned Iowa 975 to Fremont County on October 26, 1995.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that Unsigned Iowa 975 be deleted from the Primary Road System.

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to construction and relocation of US 275 and Iowa 333 in 1995, the old section became Unsigned Iowa 975 and the Primary System should be revised to reflect this change.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that Unsigned Iowa 975, as described in the attachment, be added to the Primary Road System.

Locate Unsigned Iowa 975 in Fremont County as follows:

Beginning at secondary road in the SE ¼ Corner Section 22-T67N-R42W; thence easterly .13 miles (Old US 275 and Iowa 333).
